To deliver match and prediction notifications, PicksIO registers your device and stores a push notification token, platform (iOS/Android), app version, language, and timezone. We also store the notification preferences you choose per match (e.g. which types of alerts you want to receive). We do not require you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address, or any payment information through the app.
The information above is used solely to send you the push notifications you have opted into and to keep the app functioning correctly across app versions and languages. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to deliver push notifications, which requires sharing your device's push token with that service. Match schedules and statistics are sourced from API-Football, and match analyses are generated using AI models; neither of these services receives your personal or device data.
Your device registration and preferences are kept until you uninstall the app or request deletion. You can ask us to delete your device data at any time by contacting us at support@evolveen.com.
PicksIO is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

PicksIO does not offer, facilitate, or process betting or gambling of any kind. We are not a bookmaker and are not affiliated with any betting or gambling operator. The app does not display betting odds, accept stakes, or handle any money related to wagering.
All match predictions, confidence scores, and combine tickets shown in this app are generated by AI models using historical and statistical data. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
